The Scheduler will communicate a schedule change and any potential conflict to the commissioners of all affected managers.  The Commissioners will notify managers affected by a schedule change.  The scheduler and commissioners will work to resolve potential conflicts as a result of the change in schedule. In the event of a conflict between pregame warm ups and a team's practice/cage time, the game warm ups have priority. When a conflict occurs the game team should not exceed 30 minutes of cage time.
